On-Air Late Night Personality
Heritage Top 40 station WFBC (B93.7) is looking for a late night radio talent. Candidates should have at least 1 year of on air experience. You must have an intimate knowledge of pop culture issues, CHR music, a general understanding of how to conduct a show, knowledge and passion for entertaining the target audience and a winning track record. This person must be someone who is a team player with the ability and desire to work hard and raise the game of those around them.

Sales Manager WORD AM & FM
Full-Time Position
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for
- Leading a team of four to five Account Executives
- Hitting/exceeding team budget goals
- Recruiting and Hiring A-Level talent
- Being a brand advocate for News/Talk Radio
Core Functions:
- Oversee Account Executives dedicated to selling News/Talk Radio
- Oversee the growth and development of Key, Target, and Extra account categories/clients
- Assist with training and development of Account Executive in a structured Radio Sales Training Program
- Help and lead group training sessions
- Teach both Direct and Transactional Sales techniques, including client need analysis
- Assist in developing and selling NTR opportunities
- Assist with Digital Platform sales
- Adhere to Entercom Sales Manager Best Practices guidelines
Qualifications:
- Must be driven, passionate about Radio, competitive and courageous
- Must be a great leader and be able to teach the art of Radio Sales to a team of Account Executives with varying skill levels
- Must have in-depth Sales System knowledge
- Must have above average Negotiation skills, people handling skills, and competitive media knowledge
- Must have 5+ years in Media Sales/Sales Management
- Must have a demonstrable track record of success against performance metrics
- Should have Radio experience
- College Degree preferred
